We will confirm by text or phone. Nothing is charged online, and no card details are asked for at any point.

What happens after you book

Your booking lands on the schedule the same moment you make it. The office confirms it by text or phone, and the day before the visit you get the arrival window. If anything shifts — an earlier job running long, a part that has to come from a supplier — you hear it from us rather than finding out by waiting.

Some work is not something to book blind. A repipe, a remodel, a sewer line or a commercial water heater gets an estimator first, because a price given over a web form for that work is a number nobody should rely on. Choose it here and the request still arrives; the call back is to agree a time to come and look properly.

If water is running right now

Call rather than book. Shut the main off if you can reach it — it is usually at the meter near the street or on the wall where the supply enters the house — and then ring (239) 404-8590. A form is a fine way to arrange a Tuesday. It is a poor way to handle a ceiling coming down.
